We will also be requesting the college buses for local transportation (including the trip to Bellum caves near Tadipatri on the last day)

We will also be reserving the auditorium and seminar halls as well for the faculty felicitations and alumni introductions.

[Q]  Is it mandatory to pay the registration fee now when I send in the registration form?

NO. The purpose of the registration is to facilitate the planning (1) how many rooms should be blocked (2) what cultural programs need to be arranged (3) how many souvenirs / prizes / books should be planned.

So, it is NOT mandatory that you pay the registration fee along with the registration.

However, if you are certain that you are coming with the family and want the reunion committee to take care of all accommodation arrangements in Anantapur, it is encouraged that you send in the registration fee now to get the room blocked for you.

[Q] I do not know at this point of time whether I will be able to come to the reunion.  Should I still be sending the registration form?

Yes.

For the reasons beyond your control, you may not be able to come to the reunion. However, please send the registration form with your details so that your bio can be included in the souvenir.

[Q] I know for sure that I will not be attending the reunion. Should I still be sending the registration form?

Please send in your registration form with "NO" reflecting the current status. However, please make every effort to attend the reunion as it is once in life time event.

[Q] I can not answer the question "How many from your family (including yourself) are planning to attend the reunion?". How should I register?

Indicate "MAYBE" or "NOT KNOWN" and send in the registration form with the rest of the details

There are going to be cultural/musical nights, games, door prizes, networking, and loads of fun. Depending upon the interest our batchmates are showing, there will be panel discussions / giving back to the college / networking opportunities.

This is the rough outline of the plan we have for the reunion.  We will also have plans to visit a local orphanage or non-profit organization to give on behalf of our batch; There is going to be lot of big talent coming to the town for the reunion and we have plans to organize some panel discussions / seminars (to be decided later)

              Departure to respective destination.

[Q] Can our juniors or seniors attend the reunion?

Yes. We would like to open up the reunion if any of your closest junor or senior members want to tag along with you. Please pass on the registration form to them.

[Q]  Some of the batch members want to come with the family for the reunion. However, they may not be able to afford the registration fee.

We recognize that there may be an exceptional case or two we need to take care of.

We started this reunion planning with a simple goal of bringing all of our batch mates together - to take a pause in our lives after 25 years and to reflect upon our good old college days.

There will certainly be some successful batchmates who contribute beyond the registration fee towards the reunion. We will coversuch cases as well (in confidence). We do not want any one to drop out or back off due to financial reasons.

[Q] How can I help towards the reunion?

There are many ways you can help

* Send in the registration form in the next two weeks. That is big help we are seeking now at this point of time.

* Keep your batch mates in the loop in communications (participation, planning, dates, logistics)

* Even if you are not attending, consider contributing towards the reunion expenses

  1. Hi! I came across a Registration Form sometime back but I have forgotten the link! Can somebody help me?

    One suggestion:

Registration may be opened for a week or two sometime in June for the registered Alumni to confirm the exact number of family members accompanying them.

It will give a chance to the ones who missed the bus.

Those Fence Sitters may change their minds, too!

  2. Tongti: The registration is attached to the weekly updates sent in the past. I will also forward to you via email as well;

The registration forms we are getting by the end of March to help us in planning (making the hotel reservations, planning the cultural nights, preparing the souvenir, etc.) Yes. it is factored in that there will be some fencers (who will eventually come).

    thanks
