Our reunion dates are - August 10 - Friday, 11 - Saturday and 12 - Sunday. Block off your calendar!

August 10^th, Friday, Check-In Day  (@ RDT Guest House)

10 AM to 1 PM:  Breakfast, Registration (submitting the 1983-87 photos, family photo, bio-data, setting up email/facebook accounts), Socializing, Collecting the Souvenirs, Setting up the memory wall, Signing up for the games/events/cultural program

1 PM to 5 PM:  Lunch, Socializing, Games for the alumni, children, families;

6 PM to 10 PM:  Dinner, Entertainment Night at RDT Guest House

August 11^th, Saturday, The Big Day (@ College Campus)

7:00 AM: Departure to the college; We will be planning to arrive (from RDT Guest house, college guest house and the hotels) at the college campus by 8:00 AM

8:00 AM to 9:30 AM:  Meet and Greet; Buffet Breakfast at the college campus

9:30 AM to 12:30 PM:  The main event - Introducing the alumni, facilitating the faculty

12:30 to 2:00 PM:  Lunch at college hostel mess;  

2:00 PM to 5:00 PM:  Open House, Visiting college campus, labs, classrooms, hostels; Interaction with the current students.

3:00 PM to 4:30 PM:  Panel Discussion - “ What makes today’s students tomorrow’s leaders?” by alumni;

4:30 to 5:00 PM: Group Photos (whole group), Batch Photos (by branch)

5:00 to 6:00 PM:  Some more surprise games to the alumni, family members and children

7:00 to 10:00 PM: Dinner under the sky (college grounds, buffet style); Entertainment night; Prizes give away for winners of the games / raffle drawing.

August 12^th, Sunday, Check-Out Day (@Belum Caves)

7:00 AM  - Checkout from the hotels/guesthouses and departure to Tadipatri Belum Caves

8:30 to 9:30 AM: Breakfast at Tadipatri

9:30 to 12:30 PM: Arrival at Belum Caves and Tour of the Caves

1:00 to 3:00 PM:  Lunch at a local guest house

3 PM: Departure to Anantapur

6 PM:  Departure to respective destinations
